The Food Hall at
Foundation Kitchen
Come Hungry. Stay Awhile.
Foundation Kitchen’s Food Hall is a small, independent collection of food and drink concepts under one roof in Charlestown. Grab a seat and mix and match from our vendors, whether you’re stopping in for coffee, meeting a friend for lunch, grabbing dinner, or settling in with a drink.
Right now, you’ll find Collab Cafe serving coffee, cocktails, natural wine and sake; Youji’s bringing Japanese cuisine to the hall; and Professor Pizza turning out chef-driven pies, with one more food stall coming soon!
With indoor seating, a bar, outdoor patio space, and plenty happening throughout the week, the Food Hall is designed to be an easy neighborhood spot to eat, drink, work, meet up, and discover something new.
Collab Cafe is Charlestown’s neighborhood coffee-to-wine spot. Come by in the morning for espresso and locally made light bites, settle in to work or catch up with a friend, then stay for natural wine, sake and craft cocktails in the evening.
Authentic Japanese cuisine featuring an 8-seat sushi counter.
Professor Pizza serves up creative, chef-driven pies with seriously good ingredients and plenty of personality. Expect inventive toppings, crispy crusts, and a rotating mix of classics and unexpected combinations, all made for grabbing a slice or settling in for the whole pie. While enjoying your pizza, why not grab a beer or a glass of wine at Collab Cafe!
