This new facility is currently home to 20-30 small to mid-sized food businesses, ranging from artisan bakers to syrup makers to farmer's market delivery services to catering.
Our 4,000-square-foot shared kitchen is available by the hour for members. There are also four, 350-square-foot private kitchen studios designated for specific vendors who can choose to renew the spaces after a year.
This facility also features an intimate, 2,000-square-foot food hall, with four separate vendor stalls, on the ground level. Guests can purchase food from Pasta Tana’s, Youji’s #WashokuRenaissance, and Pixlcat Coffee. This space seats about 40, including bar area seating, and outdoor patio seating. By 4 p.m., the cafe turns into a full wine, beer & sake bar, with drinks from Foundation Libation.
