Community Kitchen: This new facility is currently home to 40+ small to mid-sized food businesses, ranging from artisan bakers to syrup makers to farmer's market delivery services to catering. Our 4,000-square-foot shared kitchen is available by the hour for members. There are also four 350-square-foot private kitchen studios designated for specific vendors who can choose to renew the spaces after a year.
Food Hall: Open daily to the public, the main floor features an intimate, 2,000-square-foot food hall, with four separate vendor stalls. Guests can enjoy food from Pasta Tana’s, Youji’s #WashokuRenaissance, Professor Pizza and Collab Cafe. This space seats about 40, including bar area seating, and outdoor patio seating. The space is available to rent for community meetups, events, and get togethers.

Yes! Foundation Kitchen has dedicated on site parking for the Community Kitchen members as well as Food Hall visitors.
